Special notes:
The caster can choose to create a permanent light or darkness in the area of effect by simply willing the gem to do so when the spell is cast. If this is done, the gem will be consumed, vanishing forever.
The light or darkness that will permanently reside within the spell’s “Area of Effect” can be expelled by another.
